HOW TO JOIN THE CLUB?

In accordance with the Club’s statutes, every new member must be presented by a founding member, or by at least two general members, and must also be accepted by the Commission of Members, which is the Club’s only independently operating commission, which acts with autonomy in respect to the hierarchy of the Board of Directors and even of the Club’s president. Candidates can be freely rejected or accepted by this commission. Admitted members will be notified of their successful application. Rejected candidates cannot be put forward for admission again in a period of three years.

The Club holds a philosophy of discretion and exclusivity, but at the same time it will enthusiastically welcome the incorporation of members from different fields who share the Club’s interests and concerns and who contribute to the cultural and social diversity to the project. Ultimately, the members are the club’s soul and, therefore, the more plurality there is within the social conglomerate the stronger and more interesting our Club will be.

Wine
Unlimited Xisco 2016. Douro. Portugal
Luis says that shales are unlimited in Douro and that is why Unlimited Xisto was the logical name for a wine that tries to express the richness of Douro´s plot. It is made with fruits coming from the area known as Patamares, vineyards planted more than 30 years ago in terraces with more than 400 metres of latitute. The winemaking partly made in winepresses with the hole bunch of grapes and partly in steel with destemmed grapes, 25 days mashing and one year ageing in french used oak barrels. A lush wine, a brilliant acidity, cherry, red pomegranate, white peper and herbaceous aromas, with a fresh and juicy final.

Cheese
Robiole di Langa, Italy
Made in the low part of Piamonte where in the middle of this region we find Murazzano. Cow milk is added to this cheese not exceeding the 40%. During ripening his rind is rubbed with warm water in order to improve it. A lightly acid, fresh and with sheep notes cheese.
Cocktail
Lemon Tree
Champagne, Chartreuse, sage, cardamom, and yuzu syrup. The cocktail is a creation of bar team with fresh notes from sage and spicy from cardamom and the different components of Chartreuse french liquor. Champagne gives fine bakery memories and juzu, japanese citrus, balance the rest of flavours.
